Exceptionally clean place with fresh breakfasts. Terrific service, new-fashioned double room with a refridgerator, good bed, as example. Particularly good location in an urban area, easy to get anywhere. Right by LarcoMar, a large underground mall overlooking the green coast, the water park and old centre...

The stay was absolutely very pleasant. I truly enjoyed the place, it was immaculately clean & the staff were highly professional and responsive. The room was recently renovated and reasonably large, with great breakfast and a refridgerator, for instance, slept really well. The service was good in my opinion. Late check-out was useful.

Marvellous location of the hotel in a safe area of Lima. Moreover, it's right by the nicest restaurants.

Enjoyed the spacious Standard King Room with excellent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast spread offered a nice variety of fruits and breads, and the dining area was kept fresh with regular replenishment. The front desk staff stood out. They were always friendly and eager to assist. I found the shower had inconsistent water pressure, a bit frustrating. There were also only two power sockets in the room, one being in the bathroom, made charging devices inconvenient. The hotel provided a great location in Miraflores, close to both Barranco and the beach, but small details need attention.

The hotel was an excellent choice for the price: king size beds, huge rooms, free wired internet in the rooms, plus it's new, so everything is still in good condition.
The breakfast was pretty lackluster: watery scrambled eggs every day, and a rotation between sausages (hot dogs, really), bacon, and some sort of stroganoff type thing; fruit, juice, and assorted deli meats and cheeses. Also, the hotel is a little outside of downtown Miraflores, so it's a bit of a walk (but doable), but taxi's are cheap.

The staff was extremely nice. They fixed my hot water problem immediately. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
There was construction at the hotel or very near but they stopped at a reasonable time in the late afternoon.

Very classy-seeming hotel, if you stick to the normal stuff. The restaurant downstairs was also reasonable and well-priced, and breakfast was good. It's a 30minute or maybe 40minute walk to plaza del armas (safe, on big roads, during the day at least) and about the same to the Love Park.
The cost of the laundry service was ridiculous -- it seems like they took the amount in Soles and just made it dollars. I paid about 150 usd to get a couple piece of laundry done (what cost about 10 usd in a hotel in Cusco -- which is why I didn't expect it).
